October 26, 2026: (Finally! Fixed/concluded) Fixing VOD Server Issues
October 26 – 3:27 pm GMT
VOD Server Issue Update: (fully resolved)
After 48 hours of close monitoring since the fix been applied, we are now 100% confident that the cause for all the buffering and crashes that we had on VOD server for the past 6 months is found and fully fixed. There was a bottle-neck setting issue deep down in the configuration layer which needed tweaking so the processes would have more headroom during heavy load.
Needless to say that there will be occasional issues, like Storage server/company facing problems, but those will be short occasional blips which will resolve themselves instantly.
Moreover, Our VOD admin has fully redesigned and remapped the VOD bot as well as creating a fully automated function to look through your VOD broken reports and fix them one by one, both have been live and fully operational since 48 hours ago.
Thank you for your patience these past few months, enjoy watching your movies and series.
