We’re aware of some pixelation on TNT Sport 01 HD, its due to the heavy rain where our satellite datacenter is. Checking.

Past 72 hours we were made aware about an EPG issue, not showing on all channels or no EPG at all.
This has been fixed now.

Jan 17, 2026: (Fixed / Confirmed) (Concluded) Reseller Panel Slowness – Live TV Crashes + 12 Updates

After 15 days of monitoring, we are happy to confirm that main server crashes and live tv downtimes are fully fixed.
Reseller panel slowness fix applied exactly the same date, 15 days ago, and everything has been running super fast ever since.
Thank you for your patience.
The downtime was caused from our main server. The Network Interface Card (NIC) was unresponsive for a short period and that resulted in massive amount of requests being queued, resulted in a server crash.
This has been escalated with Datacenter and they are checking.
Issue is resolved immediately and all running stable.
Sorry about the inconvenience.

Changes applied, we will monitor performance from now on and see if the crashes are resolved now.

Making few changes, you might notice short interruption of the service.

Since 30 minutes ago, seems like the attack has either stopped on our datacenter been able to mitigate that.
We are still checking but all services should be operational now.
Update8: There is a very big DDOS attack which might been the reason for these crashes all along and now it’s also hitting our lower-hand servers. We’re working on it.
Update7: New changes made, all back up now.
so from now on, we will monitor the performance, if any further issues happen, we will migrate to the new server.
we’re thinking that maybe this server we got recently had has infected IPs from previous client – could be that the IPs had attacks while they were in the ownership of the client before us. Thats why now we have added a new IP with Ddos protection.
if this latest solution does not stabilize the service, we will move to a new server which has all levels of protection + its a new company.
Update6: Good day everyone, hope you’re enjoying this January 1st.
We have ordered a new server from a different yet trusted datacenter as a replacement of our core server. Delivery might be tomorrow max, but hopefully today.
meantime, certain measures have been applied to the main server we’re currently using.
We’re closely monitoring everything.
Update5: new measures applied, we will see how it goes, in the meantime we have ordered a new server and if the current fixed fail, we will take the core server to another datacenter.
Update4: Another 10 minutes downtime happened on 9:40PM GMT, we brought everything back up quickly. Constantly working with both panel software developers and datacenter engineers to see whats going on.
Update3: We have asked the datacenter to run a specific diagnostic/monitoring tool on our core server to find out what is happening with it exactly. Dec 20 (a week ago) around the same time this happened as well.
This is not acceptable. Our main server used to have uptimes like 6 7 8 months and we would reboot the server just in case, now 2 crashes in 7 days is something we take seriously. Funny thing is the new server has 10 times better network routing, and 3 times more resources than the old one.
In the meantime, we’re keeping close touch with our panel software developers (NXT), checking this issue from software perspective.
Further updates will be posted accordingly.
Update2: A server issue caused short downtime, its been fixed. Monitoring. But everything is back up since 20 minutes ago.
Update1: Another blip on our UK/USA stream, the remote source we are using also having a nightmare.
Today we have seen many clients who always use VPN to stream IPTV had issues with their VPN service, but right after disconnecting it all streamed fine.
This suggests a broader issue is happening.

Our UK feed just had an issue, its sorted now. its from the feed source, no server issue on our side.

Jan 15, 2026: (Fixed / Confirmed) (Concluded) – VOD Server Issues + 21 Updates

We’re happy to announce that VOD issue is fully resolved and the new configuration is working well in various ways, below is the full report:
After 8 days of constant problems and crashes on VOD server, investigation showed that there was a Disk RAID degradation causing hiccups on server performance. Further to that, we needed a new configuration to ensure much higher load handling as well as letting our VOD makers add content without any time limits. This is achieved with the new setup now.
Not only the streaming of Movies and Series run a lot smoother now, it also loads much faster, thanks to the new structure we have applied to the server. This let’s the server perform even better during heavy peak hours and at the same time our VOD team can continue adding stuff.
We consider VOD issue case resolved and concluded.

Data center issue resolved.
Since 70 minutes ago, we are officially on the new VOD structure. server is stable and movies/series not only loading fast but also skipping forward/backward is smooth and instant thanks to the new structure and configuration.
We’ll monitor the performance after 24 hours, we will give you a full report.
We’ll soon contact our vod makers and provide them with new access to start their work.

We have just started replacing the VOD server, short downtime expected.

We have just applied a further tweak on VOD server, applied and rebooted, it’s back up now.
Since yesterday 4pm GMT, we applied a config which stood well and thanks to that server did not crash, this also showed us that the source of this recent VOD problem could be.
For now, this further small tweak will help the server work more stable until the new hardware is available to us, still waiting for the DC to deliver.

Testing a new config on vod server, it’s back up now. Remember, this is temporary while we are waiting for the new server to fix this once and for all.

A further tweak has been done to VOD server config, hopefully it will get us through the day without any crashes.
Our VOD makers/managers, do not add any content until further notice.

VOD server back up since 10 mins ago, a more stable config is applied. The goal is to get through to monday when we get our hands on the new hardware, and then hopefully this nightmare is over.

VOD server had a crash, fixed 15 minutes ago. Its expected till we apply the final fix on Monday.

Monitoring update on the VOD server:
Since earlier this morning after the last fix and tweak applied 12 hours ago, server load is stable. Our VOD admin has tested the streaming of movies and series during content addition to the server, resulted in normal loading of the content.
Initial results showing stable performance.

A further tweak has been done on the temporary config, we will see how it goes.
Above mentioned scheduled tasks are still on the table and we will do them on Monday, hopefully if this config stands.
Apologies for all the ups and downs with movies and series for the past 5 days.

Since 30 minutes ago, we have applied a new config on VOD server, it’s been working stable, but still not even close to what we want. We have schedule 3 major changes for the VOD server for which it will require OS re-installation and hardware changes and that requires a few hours of downtime, and no! this issue is not related to the resources.
Anyways, we are thinking that if the current config can keep the server running through the weekend, we will postpone this change till Monday.
We’re see how the server is going to hold itself with this new config and if it works fine, changes will take effect on Monday since it will require a few hours of total downtime on movies and series.
Live TV was not, is not and will not be affected.

Unfortunately this vod issue is getting worse and worse and we have no clue why this is happening. For the time being do not count on the vod content until we find a fix for it.

VOD service back up, the interruption was due to a necessary reboot required after performance optimization we applied to the server.
Movies and series are back up now and we expect a better performance from now on.
